Don’t ever think about living here!!! If you are touring building no.12- pls don’t! You will find incredible better places than this. I am a current resident in building no.12. We moved into a cockroach infested house-the management didn’t know about it either until we moved in. All the houses already infested because of a previous resident from a house in the same building. Once we caught this issue when we moved in, we have constantly been doing pest control (despite me being pregnant). The problem still hasn’t been solved, only its gotten worse. We found out that our stove has been heavily infested since a long time ago and requested a change. But, the manager VaSean refused to do so and said she could only do pest control, which is not advised by my newborn’s doctor. She offered to do a full infestation smog in Oct for which we had to stay somewhere for a few hours. We were new to the city at that point and knew no one-she asked me to go stay in a park/mall with my week old newborn at that point, against doctors advice. She also won’t give us another apartment in the same complex. In order to leave this property altogether, she asked us to pay two months of rent which is super difficult with a newborn. We are basically locked here until end of June. VaSean initially would seem like a nice woman but she turned out to be heartless and not understand our problems-it would dawn on her if she lived in our apartment for a couple nights with all the roaches dancing on her at night.

The absolute worst place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I lived here for more than a year. It was one of the biggest mistake of my life. I’ll list out the problems so its easier to read: 1. Management : It is the worst period. It doesn’t help you with anything. I work on weekdays, so I went to apartment office on weekend. But, there’s a new agent in the office every weekend who knows nothing and can help you with nothing. The person is just there to turn you away and waste your time. I went to office on weekends couple of times and this happened every time. Just a waste of time and mental energy. Why open the office on weekends when you do nothing? 2. Air conditioning: The air conditioning breaks down every other week . And they tell you to put down request to fix it. After that they fix it, but it goes down after a day or two. I lived all through summer in 85 degree. 3. Charge: There are unnecessary charges for everything. I paid 100 for parking sticker, yes a parking sticker, when I moved from this place. Just insane I would rate it zero. It’s only that Google doesn’t allow it. You’re better off spending extra few bucks and live in a better place with better management. Honestly, any other place would have a better management.

I have been living here for 3 months and I wouldn’t recommend. First, I was told they had a 24 fitness center when I toured. They actually only have it open during office hours and sometimes the workers leave a couple minutes early. If you work a 9-5 and don’t work close to the apartments then you will not be able to use this amenity. Second, the maintenance is not good. My mirror was stained with white specs when I moved in. I told the front office and I was told to put in a maintenance request where the problem wasn’t really fixed. I also put on the maintenance request to call before they came due to the fact I work from home time to time. As I was in the middle of a work call, there was a loud knock at the front door by maintenance and my dog started barking loudly. I wrote in the notes I needed to be called first and they failed to do so. Also, if your guests get towed here it is a $313 fee.

If I could I would leave a 0. I moved out of this complex in October. I contacted the manager several times asking what I was suppose to pay upon move out.. I called and asked for a final bill on several occasions and was told once the apartment was looked over the final bill will be mailed. Well I received the bill for over 3,700 I tried to reach the property manager which never answered the phone they have caller ID so I’m sure she knew it was me. Reached out to the billing department and she stated the property send them the final bill, I have never paid rent late my apartment has always been clean and up to par…..I was charged a reletting fee for not paying move out fees but was never told how much after I asked several times. I was charged for the tubs to be resurfaced which is normal wear and tear, on top of the that the contractor that work for them don’t properly resurface the tubs anyway they just throw paint over it so after a few showers it will start to peel. It’s sad that times are hard and people try and make it harder in this world. The manager has the nastiest attitude and is a a** hole and have been that since I moved there back in 2020. I have videos, picture and all of the apartment and bring this to court I will pay my lawyer 3,700 before I pay for something I know someone could have moved in once I moved out. I had the apartment professionally cleaned and I have all receipts…I wouldn’t move here none of the amenities are available like they are suppose to be. The pool just was opened for the first time this year in 2023 since I moved here in 2020. You can only use the gym during business hours, people work so how can they utilize the gym if they work during those hours? Poor management!!! O and the gates don’t work and never have, and for almost a year management refused to get mailboxes fix after a break in and we had to go to the post office to get our mail. So much mail and packages were lost during this time for many residents……And the problem I will pay whatever but not for something I know is not correct…I will see them court!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Notice how the good reviews are mostly people who have only toured & don’t even live here?! & notice how they say they are so nice but they usually are before you move in!! There are multiple bad reviews about the management VaSean Giddings because she truly is a terrible property manager. She is extremely passive aggressive & clearly knows she is able to be that way with no consequences so she continues to say & do as she pleases. Bridge Property Management should be ashamed that they allow their residents to deal with her. Please believe all the bad reviews you see from people who have actually lived here.
